Last month I hired a fitness coach.

He’s intense.

Not only is he a fitness coach, he’s also a celebrity fitness coach. People fly from all over the world to spend a few days with him. They pay him handsomely.

Oh yeah, and, he’s a former Mr. Universe.

The cool thing is, he’s MY fitness coach! I met him at the same seminar in Beverly Hills, CA, where I met Dr. Scott Saunders in October.

He’s got a book out – which I’ll tell you about later… but, for now, I need to keep his identity secret. We’ll call him Mr. Universe for now.

I’m not saying all this to toot my own horn, or try to impress you… I feel blessed to have become friends with someone so successful as Mr. Universe – and I thought you would like to know about it!

This morning I had a coaching session with him on the phone. I didn’t finish the homework assignment from our last call.

He was upset.

Ouch.

After he got on my case (I’m glad this was a phone consult, or he may have pounded me into the ground like a gnat), he asked me about my current nutrition plan.

Then he explained that my current diet sucked, big time.

So now, for a little accountability motivation, I’ve decided to share a little bit about my fitness and nutrition goals.

1. I’m going to begin eating 2,200 calories per day, including 5 meals/snacks per day, no more than 4 hours apart. Each meal needs to have 40g of protein, 40g of carbohydrates, 10g of fat (max), and drink water.

2. I’m going to eat a healthy breakfast to start off every day. This will include 6 egg-whites (and 1 egg yolk), or oatmeal, or low-sugar cereal (no more than 6g sugar), and drink half my weight in ounces of water (87 ounces!).

3. I’m going to work out 5 days per week, every week day. This will involve Monday upper body, Tuesday lower body, Wednesday cardio, Thursday upper body, and Friday lower body. Weekend rest.

4. I’m going to order Bill Phillips book “Eating For Life”

5. I’m going to fly Mr. Universe to my home and spend 2 full days with him going through my kitchen, going to the grocery store, showing me how to work out properly, and to improve upon my fitness goals.

***SPECIAL OFFER*** – The cost to fly a celebrity fitness coach and former Mr. Universe to my hometown is not cheap. So, I’m going to make you an offer here that probably only 1 in 10,000 people will want to participate in.

For $997.00, you can join me and 7 other people for this 2-day intensive in-home coaching and life-transformation workshop in my home near Sioux Falls, South Dakota. You will provide your own transportation and lodging, but for 2 days, you will hang out with a former Mr. Universe, and no more than 7 other people.

The price is $997 per person, so if you want to bring a friend or spouse, the cost is $1,994.

The date is going to be in the middle of January, which is perfect for anyone looking to make a powerful New Years Resolution.

If that person is YOU, then I need you to email me at this special email address: [email protected] Serious inquiries only, please!

For those of you who can’t afford this type of personal coaching, you’re in luck.

Within the next few months, I’m going to be releasing a Free Bonus Report called “Secrets of Excellent Health – by Celebrity Fitness Coach and Former Mr. Universe”. I’m going to offer it for free, whenever someone purchases a product from my website. It will include a teleseminar audio recording of an interview with him, along with the transcript from the call.

Is this something you would find interesting and useful? If so, please leave comments below, with questions you would like me to ask him.

For excellent health,
Joe

p.s. If you want to get on the very short list of the 2-day in-my-home health revolution time with former Mr. Universe, be sure to email me right away! I can’t fit more than 7 people.
